Unemployed.
Sorry for the long gap between entries, alot has been going on..
I am officially unemployed after working at the same place for over 3 years. I was laid off for being sick without calling in, and I even had a doctors excuse! At 1st I was upset about it cause there was alot of good memories there. But its now time to move on and finish with my studies. Being there kept me from persuing my career more agressively because the money was easy and the place was relaxed. But no more, I think this was for the best.
Other than that I am doing good. I still have my clients for multimedia stuff (motion graphics & dvd authoring). So I can pay my bills and still go to school. It's going to be tough but I'll get used to it. Being around my friends has helped alot, I am glad I still have some left. I dont know what I do without them.
For all the techies I just fixed my friends Sony PSP. The genious sat on it and broke the screen. So I went ahead and fixed it for him and now its back in business. Here's a picture of the operating table :)
Anyway I'm out of here..

Good luck in the future, after spending the past 15-20 years working in various offices around the UK and abroad, I have now moved to Spain with my husband and daughter and have become a work from home mum. I am now spending most of my time working as PR Director for my husband's websites, as well as being an author in my own write. Also I happen to be the partner of a small real estate firm, so even when you get to my age (41) a change is good.
Thanks for commenting.. I'm just glad it happened now and was able to open my eyes and do whats best for my future.
